I'm so excited to have Lola Moon's birthing story featured on Leigh's awesome blog, Marvelous Kiddo. I've been a follower for a while, having in common both Mississippi roots and a natural, gentle approach to birthing and raising our marvelous kiddos. Check. It. Out :)

That's so cool, Maggie. The post is so very deserving of a wider audience.
What a serene shot of lovely Lola.
Congratulations - it was a story worthy of more exposure.
Hi, Maggie. Is the feature up already on Leigh's blog? I can't seem to find it. Anyway, thanks for passing on the info about Marvelous Kiddo. It's new to me. Love the photo of "the girl herself".
I love both of your blogs too! So pleased to see your birth story there.
that is awesome news...congratulations! i cannot wait to re-read it.
That is awesome, Maggie! I too have been following her blog for sometime.
WOW. That was phenomenal. You are a brilliant writer! I followed your story on MK to your blog... in which I am finding so much satisfaction.
wow ! and i love the pictures. the picture of her nursing...it's like everyone should have a picture of themselves like this, mamma holding you, nursing, all love.
That is awesome and well-deserved. And I love that pensive shot of beautiful Lola.
Well that is really great! That photo of her is beautiful, and so..respectful, somehow.
This was such a beautiful story, which I absolutely love - it totally deserves a wider audience!
Awesomeness. I will check it out. I love reading birth stories, midwives & all that juicy stuff.
PS: I did a shout out for your blog today. Stop by my waffle house when you get a chance! ;)
i love your daughter's name! :)
What a beautiful pic! I just hopped over from The Chocolate Chip Waffle's shout out for you. Love your blog, amazing! I'm a new follower, nice to meet you :-)
Oh. I loved it. I read it on Marvellous Kiddo and loved it. My labour with my son is the single most traumatic thing I have ever been through and I find it comforting to read births that are empowering. I hope one day I'll be able to have one of those.
I just commented over there, Maggie. What strong, sweet beauty you are.
I love this story.
Maggie
I'm loving your posts, all the way down to here. I couldn't comment on the top one about marrige/wife roles. Did you disable comments on some and not others or is blogger messing up.
